Student innovator Rashnan Mohamed Shihab brought this refreshing philosophy to the center stage of MNU’s student-focused Speaker Series. In his keynote address, “Unplanned, Unexpected, Unstoppable,” the tech enthusiast mapped out how leaning into unforeseen academic and professional hurdles actually sharpened his resilience. By challenging the audience to prioritize raw initiative, continuous learning, and adaptability over perfect planning, Rashnan provided a relatable, modern blueprint for students navigating an unpredictable global economy.

The session reinforced MNU’s commitment to empowering students to become innovative, resilient, and confident leaders. It also supported the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by promoting lifelong learning, digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration through peer learning and student leadership.
