Cleaning and Chemical Safety Training Conducted for Support Staff at MNU Thinadhoo Campus

MNU Thinadhoo Campus conducted a professional development session for its support staff on Cleaning Premises, Equipment, and Chemicals, aimed at strengthening safe and effective cleaning practices across the campus.

The training was facilitated by Mohamed Nafiz, Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies (FHTS). The session focused on practical guidance for maintaining hygiene standards, including correct cleaning routines for campus premises and equipment, safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals, and good practices to reduce health risks in the workplace.

Participants actively engaged in the session and discussed daily cleaning challenges and solutions to ensure a cleaner, safer, and healthier learning and working environment for students and staff.
