The School of Nursing at MNU hosted a fun and interactive Health & Wellness session as part of MNU’s “Fahi Sihhath – Dhulha Heyo Maadhama Akha” for students in grades 5–7 at Ghiyasuddin International School on 1st December 2025.

Designed to be both educational and enjoyable, the session encouraged students to actively participate through discussions and activities that highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle from an early age. Students explored how simple everyday choices—such as eating balanced and nutritious meals, staying physically active, getting enough rest, and managing screen time—can play a vital role in preventing non-communicable diseases later in life.

Through a holistic and age-appropriate approach, the session aimed to build awareness, instill positive habits, and inspire young minds to take small but meaningful steps today for a healthier, happier tomorrow.
