The MNU Business School collaborated on the Fintelekt AML Leadership Conclave 2025, held on 19 November 2025 at the Manhattan Business Hotel in Malé. The high-level forum, organized by Fintelekt Advisory Services, brought together senior compliance leaders, regulators, and industry experts to discuss emerging trends in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) across Asia and Africa. Four MNU Business School staff members participated in the Conclave, with Senior Lecturer Ms. Aishath Jeen delivering a keynote address.

Ms. Jeen’s address highlighted the growing importance of financial integrity in an increasingly technology-driven world and the role of academia in supporting this shared responsibility. The event also provided an opportunity for MNU Business School and Fintelekt to explore potential areas for future collaboration.

This engagement supports SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by strengthening knowledge exchange, promoting financial integrity and institutional capacity, and fostering partnerships between academia and industry.
