Paper Presentation at the Maldives Civil Service Conference 2024

Faculty members from the MNU Business School showcased their research at the Maldives Civil Service Conference 2024 on June 11th, presenting two key papers.

The presented research included:

  • – A paper titled “Perceived Purposes of Performance Appraisal and Appraisal Satisfaction: Insights from the Maldives Civil Service,” presented by Senior Lecturer Ahmed Shathir, co-authored by Acting Dean Aishath Leeza and Lecturer Nuha Ismail Fulhu.

  • – A paper titled “The Interaction Effect of Job Design and Public Motivation on the Job Performance of Maldives Civil Service Employees,” presented by Senior Lecturer Dr. Aminath Sudha.

The conference provided a valuable platform to share insightful findings that contribute to the discourse on civil service development in the Maldives.
