Clear procedures help teams work consistently and understand their responsibilities. The Training and Development Unit scheduled an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) writing session for 26 June 2024 at the CA Auditorium, bringing together nominated representatives from faculties, campuses, and university sections. The session was intended to support a coordinated approach to documenting procedures across MNU. By involving staff from different areas of the university, the initiative aimed to encourage shared participation in developing clear guidance for everyday operations. Its focus was on supporting consistent working practices, clearer responsibilities, and better coordination across university services.
