Wellbeing Sessions Conducted for Administrative and Support Staff of MNU Thinadhoo Campus

MNU Thinadhoo Campus conducted two wellbeing-focused sessions for administrative and support staff on 18th and 19th May 2026. The sessions were facilitated by Aminath Rinzy, PhD candidate at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

The first session, titled Work–Life Balance, was conducted on 18th May 2026. The session focused on maintaining wellbeing while balancing work and personal responsibilities. It encouraged staff to reflect on the importance of managing responsibilities in a healthy and sustainable way.

The second session, titled Stress Management, was conducted on 19th May 2026. This session focused on identifying stress levels and exploring practical strategies to manage stress effectively in daily life and the workplace.

Both sessions provided staff with valuable guidance on wellbeing, self-care, and maintaining a healthy work environment. MNU Thinadhoo Campus extends sincere appreciation to Aminath Rinzy for her time, energy, and thoughtful facilitation. Her support and encouragement were truly appreciated by the staff.
