The Bachelor of Nursing students of MNU Gan Campus organized a
Nurses’ Health Promotion event aimed at raising awareness on
various aspects of health and well-being.
The event focused on educating the community about healthy
lifestyle practices, disease prevention, and the importance of
maintaining both physical and mental wellness. Through interactive
sessions, screenings, and awareness activities, the students
emphasized the vital role nurses play in promoting public health and
supporting healthier communities
The Ahura Handball Tournament 2024 for Laamu Atoll was
organized in Laamu Gan by the MNU Student Union (MNUSU) in
collaboration with MNU Gan Campus Ahura.

Management Plans and Vulnerability Assessment was held at MNU
Gan Campus for institutions across Laamu Atoll.
The program focused on enhancing stakeholders’ ability to access
and utilize data and decision-making tools through the ESCAP Risk
and Resilience Portal. It also provided a platform for discussions on
translating available data and information into actionable policies
and strategies for effective disaster management and resilience
planning
