Biography

Ms. Shinaza Mohamed is a highly dedicated and experienced academic with over a decade of
involvement in higher secondary and tertiary education, contributing to teaching, curriculum
development, and academic quality. She is currently serving as a Lecturer at the MNU Business
School. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the West of
England and a Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary) in Commerce and Economics from the
Maldives National University.
Her academic background and professional experience have established her expertise in
Human Resource Management, Management, Administration, Leadership, and Organizational
Behaviour. Over the years, she has supported the enhancement of business education through
her teaching practice and involvement in academic responsibilities across multiple levels.
As a committed educator and academic, Ms. Shinaza remains dedicated to student
development, teaching excellence, and contributing to the continued advancement of higher
education in the Maldives.
