Roza Ibrahim

Head of Centre

Biography

Roza Ibrahim is an Educational Technologist and currently serves as the Head of the Centre for Educational Technology and Excellence (CETE) at The Maldives National University. She leads initiatives in technology-enhanced learning, instructional design, learning management system (LMS) quality assurance, staff professional development, and digital transformation in higher education. Her academic and professional work focuses on blended learning, learner engagement, learning design, and the effective integration of emerging technologies such as AI, AR, and VR. She has served as a reviewer for international journals, including IEEE, since 2021, and has presented and published research at national and international conferences and journals.
