Dr. Aminath Sudha is an Assistant Professor and the Head of the Department of Business and Marketing at The Maldives National University (MNU) Business School. Backed by an extensive international academic background, she holds a PhD in Business and Management from Malaysia and a Master’s degree from the University of Manchester, UK. Dr. Sudha is a recipient of the President’s Award for Special Achievement, an honor recognizing her peak attainment under the Maldives National Qualifications Framework. Her scholarly work focuses closely on human capital development, public service motivation, and transformational leadership. As department head, she spearheads curriculum innovation to equip future business leaders with the sustainable management and public policy skills needed to navigate the contemporary global market
