Dr. Aminath Sudha

Assistant Professor (HOD - Department of Business and Marketing)

Biography

Dr. Aminath Sudha is an experienced academic with over 13 years in higher education,
currently serving as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Business and
Marketing at The Maldives National University. She holds a PhD in Business and
Management from Management & Science University, Malaysia, and a Master’s in
International Development and Public Policy Management from the University of
Manchester, UK.

Her research focuses on economic development, public administration, governance,
human resource management, leadership, and organisational performance. Dr. Sudha
has published extensively in international journals, contributing to the fields of public
sector management, motivation, and job performance, particularly within the context of
the Maldives civil service.
