Biography

With an extensive academic background of over 10 years in higher education, Ms. Aishath Leeza is currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in MNU Business School. Having completed her Master of Business Administration from the Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Middlesex University London in 2011, Ms Leeza is well established in the disciplines that are her focus of interest. These disciplines include, but are not limited to: human resource, management, administration, social policy and accounting. She is an avid academic who has published various research publications and capably served as Acting Dean of the Business School on one occasion. She is currently reading for her PhD in Business Administration from the University of Peradeniya, Sri
Lanka.
