World Health Day and the Health Hero Fair created public-facing opportunities to share health information. The Health Hero Fair reached more than 200 people, while Nurses Week reached around 120 participants across different activities.

A mentoring workshop supported professional development among nursing students. Community field learning gave students further opportunities to communicate with the public and apply knowledge in real settings.
The activities form part of HC’s continuing effort to prepare students through academic learning, professional engagement and community contact.
Through this work, MNU Hithadhoo Campus contributed directly to SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being. The activity also supported SDG 4 – Quality Education; SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals.
