Nursing Leadership Seminar

A Nursing Leadership Seminar on Change Management was conducted to strengthen nurses’ understanding of how effective leadership can support change within healthcare settings. The seminar focused on the role of nurse leaders in planning, communicating, implementing, and sustaining change, while addressing common challenges such as resistance, uncertainty, and staff engagement.

The seminar strengthened participants’ understanding of leadership and change management in nursing practice. It enhanced their ability to communicate change effectively, engage staff, manage resistance, and support teams during periods of transition.
