What is MyMNU Portal?

MyMNU Portal is a platform to submit service applications for MNU students.

How do I log into the MNU Student Portal?

Go to my.mnu.edu.mv, click “Log in with your MNU account”, and then select “Login with MNU email”. Use your MNU student email credentials to log in.

I forgot my MNU email password. What should I do?

Raise a ticket via Helpdesk or contact the Student Support Services to reset your password.

Where can I find the forms I need to submit?

From the Dashboard, click on “Services” to browse all available forms. You can also search by form name or filter by category.

How do I apply for a form?

Click the “Apply” button next to the form, review the details, then click “Start” and fill in the required fields. Finally, click “Submit”.

How can I check the status of a form I've submitted?

Go to “My Applications” page. You’ll see the status and progress of each application.

Can I cancel an application after submission?

Yes, as long as the application hasn’t been acted upon by the department/faculty. Click “Cancel this request” on the application page.

What are the approval stages shown in the form?

These indicate the progress of your application through various reviewers (e.g., department, faculty). Each stage shows the status and comments.

Can I add comments to my submitted form?

Yes. Go to the application details, click “Add a comment”, type your message, attach files (if needed), and click “Submit”.

How can I update my profile information?

Click on “Profile”, review your information, and if updates are needed, submit the Information Update Form.

What should I do if the portal is not loading or is showing an error?

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. If the issue persists, contact the Helpdesk.
