The Maldives National University (MNU) Kulhudhuffushi Campus held a staff engagement and consultation session with the University’s Chancellor, Vice Chancellor and members of the Senior Management Team. 

The session provided an opportunity for academic and administrative staff to engage directly with university leadership, discuss institutional priorities and share ideas for strengthening campus services.

Discussions focused on enhancing the student experience, improving service delivery, encouraging innovation and supporting staff wellbeing. Staff also shared perspectives on campus operations and workplace culture, contributing to dialogue on advancing the University’s mission of providing quality higher education.

The interactive session encouraged open communication between campus staff and senior leadership. Staff welcomed the opportunity to raise concerns, exchange ideas and contribute to institutional improvement.

The engagement strengthened collaboration and reinforced a shared commitment to student success and a supportive working environment. It also highlighted the value of staff participation in shaping improvements to academic and administrative services across the University.
