The Maldives National University Kulhudhuffushi Campus conducted a career guidance session for Grade 8 students of Afeefuddin School on 13th November 2024. The programme introduced students to educational and career opportunities and encouraged them to begin considering their future goals.

Through discussions and interactive activities, students explored their interests, strengths and aspirations. The session highlighted how understanding these qualities can help them make informed choices about their studies and potential careers.

Students learned about different academic pathways and career options, gaining insights into educational choices that could support their long-term ambitions. The programme encouraged them to explore possibilities and build confidence in their abilities.

Students appreciated learning about the range of opportunities available and reported feeling more motivated to plan for their future. Accompanying teachers welcomed the initiative and recognised its value in supporting informed academic and career decisions.
