MNU Gan Campus conducted Staff Motivation Programmes for staff of institutions in Gan and Kalaidhoo on 20 and 21 May 2025, respectively. The sessions were facilitated by Ms. Shaheen, Dean of the MNU Business School, with a focus on strengthening staff motivation, workplace engagement, teamwork, and professional development.
The first session was held at the GRH Hall for staff from institutions in Gan, while the second session was conducted for staff of Kalaidhoo School.
The programmes provided participants with practical guidance on maintaining a positive and productive workplace, encouraging teamwork, professional growth, and improved performance. Participants expressed appreciation for the sessions and found the discussions motivating and relevant to their professional environments.
