Lecturer Ms. Hashma Adnan participated in the Lunchtime Talk Series, delivering a presentation titled “Through the Glass Ceiling: Gender Issues in the Resort Sector of the Maldives.”

The session provided a platform for academic discussion on gender-related issues and workplace experiences within the Maldivian resort sector. The presentation explored the participation of women in the tourism and hospitality industry, including opportunities and challenges encountered in the workplace.
