MNU stands at the forefront of advancing gender equality, embedding inclusivity into every level of its academic and administrative community. Women comprise over 70 percent of staff, and the majority of Deans and Department Heads are female, demonstrating a deep-rooted culture of empowered leadership. Remarkably, the University is led by its first female Vice Chancellor, a milestone in a world where fewer than 30 percent of universities have women in top leadership roles. Equally inspiring, over 70 percent of MNU students are female, representing the next generation of visionary leaders. Together, these achievements reflect MNU’s commitment to nurturing talent, promoting equity, and shaping a future where women lead and thrive.
