A First Aid Training session was conducted in association with Rathafandhoo School and WDC Rathafandhoo on 22 June 2024.
Participants gained practical skills in essential first aid techniques, including CPR, dressing and bandaging, managing bleeding, responding to heart attacks, and other emergency response practices. The training aimed to strengthen preparedness and help participants respond confidently during injuries and urgent health situations.
The activity promoted emergency readiness, health awareness, community safety, risk reduction, and practical life-saving skills. By working with school and community partners, MNU Thinadhoo Campus contributed to building a safer and more prepared island community.
The session reflected the importance of accessible health education and community-based capacity building.
