Senior Lecturer Ms. Zuneena Habeeb participated in a professional learning and industry exposure programme at The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, gaining firsthand insights into luxury hospitality operations and contemporary service practices.

The training provided exposure to the resort’s service philosophy, guest experience, operational standards, and innovative practices within luxury hospitality. The experience supported Ms. Habeeb’s professional development while strengthening the connection between hospitality education and current industry practice.
