The Maldives National University Library will conduct an APA Referencing Session to help students of the Faculty of Maritime Studies develop essential academic referencing skills and understand the importance of acknowledging sources in their academic work.

The session will provide practical guidance on APA 7th Edition referencing, including how to create accurate in-text citations and reference lists for different types of sources such as books, journal articles, websites, and online resources. Participants will also learn about paraphrasing, summarizing, quoting, and avoiding plagiarism through appropriate referencing practices.

The session is designed to support students in producing accurate, ethical, and academically credible assignments and research work.
