Advanced Diploma in Nursing 5th Semester students successfully hosted a Change Management Seminar titled “Innovation in a Dynamic World” at MNU Thinadhoo Campus Hall on 16 May 2024.

The seminar created a platform for students to present their knowledge, share innovative strategies, and explore current trends in nursing and healthcare management. Through the activity, students strengthened presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, communication, and critical thinking.

The seminar promoted student-led learning, professional readiness, innovation, and healthcare management awareness. It also encouraged students to connect theoretical concepts with real workplace change and quality improvement.

The event reflected the role of academic activities in preparing future healthcare professionals to adapt to evolving healthcare environments.
