This training program was designed to strengthen MNU lecturers’ understanding of adult learning (andragogy) and effective teaching practices in higher education. Responding to needs identified through student feedback, the program aimed to provide a thorough understanding of key adult learning theories and their application to teaching.

The programe covered teaching and learning methods, instructional strategies, and alignment with learning outcomes to support effective delivery. It also encouraged lecturers to reflect on their existing practices and adapt their teaching to a modern, technology-enhanced learning environment.
