he Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) celebrated Teachers’ Day on 5 October 2026 to recognize and appreciate the dedication, commitment, and valuable contributions of its lecturers to education and the development of future health professionals.
The celebration brought together academic and administrative staff, providing an opportunity to acknowledge the important role educators play in delivering quality education, supporting student development, and preparing competent health professionals for the future.
The occasion also served as an opportunity for the academic staff to express their appreciation for the thoughtful gesture extended by the Dean and administrative staff in organizing the celebration. The recognition contributed to a positive and inclusive workplace environment, allowing staff to feel valued for their ongoing commitment to teaching and professional development.
Beyond recognizing individual contributions, the celebration provided an opportunity for academic and administrative staff to interact, strengthen professional relationships, and foster a sense of teamwork and belonging within the Faculty.
