Supporting students during clinical placements requires thoughtful guidance, constructive feedback, and sound professional judgement. This proposed online training was designed for staff supervising psychology, counselling, and social work students in the Faculty of Health Sciences. The self-paced programme includes seven modules covering supervision models, practical techniques, reflective practice, ethical issues, evaluation, and feedback. Videos, readings, practical examples, and reflective tasks are intended to connect supervision theory with everyday responsibilities. The programme aims to strengthen staff’s supervisory skills and help students connect their academic learning with professional practice during clinical placements.
