A Change Management Seminar was organised by the Bachelor of Nursing (Semester 5) students of the School of Nursing at MNU Thinadhoo Campus on 21st May 2026.

The seminar was held under the theme “Leading Change, Shaping the Future: From Unfreezing Ideas to Refreezing Excellence.” The session featured meaningful discussions, shared reflections, and practical insights on the importance of understanding and managing change effectively in professional and healthcare settings.

The event provided students with an opportunity to strengthen their presentation, leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking skills while exploring key concepts related to change management.
