The Centre for Educational Technology and Excellence (CETE), The Maldives National University (MNU), conducted a Microsoft Teams Efficiency Workshop for staff of the Laamu Atoll Council on 23 June 2026.
The two-hour practical training session was facilitated by CETE’s Lead Instructional Designer, Aminath Zifna, and attended by 40 council staff members.
The workshop focused on improving workplace productivity through the effective use of Microsoft Teams. Participants explored strategies for optimizing digital workflows, collaborating on files in real time, and utilizing Microsoft Copilot within Teams to support administrative tasks and enhance efficiency.
Through hands-on activities and demonstrations, participants gained practical skills to streamline communication, improve teamwork, and automate routine processes in their daily work.
This workshop reflects CETE’s ongoing commitment to supporting local communities through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by enhancing digital skills and promoting the effective use of technology in the workplace.
