Theveli 2026

We are pleased to announce forthcoming annual International Conference of the Maldives National University “Theveli 2026”, scheduled to take place from 17-19 August 2026. The theme for the year 2026 is “Transformative Innovation in the 21st Century: Science, Technology, and Society”

The meaning of the Dhivehi word, “Theveli” signifies the dispersion of rays on the sea when the sun or moon rises and sets. This conference serves as the platform which spreads the light rays of knowledge illuminating not only our nation but also the wider region and global community. Our aim is to bring together scholars and students from across the world and disseminate their invaluable knowledge through the proceedings of this conference.

We eagerly anticipate your participation in this annual event. We also kindly request you to share this information among your networks, colleagues and students, encouraging them to participate and present research papers on the proposed theme of Theveli 2026.
