The Maldives National University (MNU) is proud to announce its participation in the Vara Expo 2025, organized by the Ministry of Education. The event will be held from November 6 to 8 at Hulhumalé Central Park and will be open to the public from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. During the three-day expo, MNU will showcase information about all its faculties and centers, alongside a range of activities and interactive sessions designed to engage visitors and promote education.

After the opening ceremony MNU has officially opened applications for its February 2026 intake, giving prospective students the opportunity to apply for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Visitors will be able to submit their application forms directly at the MNU stall and receive on-site assistance from university staff. In addition, stalls representing different faculties has organized activity-based demonstrations in the skills zone, allowing participants to experience the dynamic and collaborative learning environment that defines MNU’s student community.

The Maldives National University, as the country’s leading higher education institution, offers a wide range of educational and training programs across multiple disciplines, led by professionally qualified lecturers and experts. Throughout the expo, academic specialists from each faculty will be available to share information about higher education opportunities in their respective fields and to provide guidance on how to prepare for university studies.

Visitors to the MNU stalls will have the opportunity to learn about programs in language and humanities, education, engineering, health sciences, tourism and hospitality, religious studies, science, law and judiciary, business, navigation, agriculture, and foundation courses. The university aims to make this event an informative and engaging experience for students, parents, and professionals seeking to explore academic pathways.
