Biography

A dedicated healthcare professional with a strong foundation in clinical excellence, nursing education, and national advocacy. Ms. Thasneem Ahmed passionately serves the School of Nursing at The Maldives National University (MNU) as a Lecturer, fostering research literacy and clinical competence in students. Ms. Thasneem’s expertise is built upon an extensive clinical background in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at IGMH. 

Beyond the classroom, Ms. Thasneem serves as the Vice President of the Maldivian Nurses Association (MNA) and contributes to national healthcare safety as a member of the National Antimicrobial Committee. Ms. Thasneem displays commitment in her role as Batch Coordinator for nursing students, ensuring their academic success and professional readiness.
