Shaheeb Abdul Azeez is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for the Bachelor of Health Services Management at The Maldives National University. He has extensive experience in higher education, healthcare management, public health, and human resource management, with more than 20 years of professional experience in the health and education sectors.

He holds an MBA, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Health Services Management. His academic and professional experience combines teaching, healthcare administration, research, and leadership.

His academic and research interests include human resource management, employee retention, healthcare management, public health, leadership, and organizational performance. He has published and reviewed research articles and participated in international conferences.

He has also contributed to community development and humanitarian initiatives through various leadership and voluntary roles, including serving as Second Vice President of the Maldivian Red Crescent.

He is passionate about education, research, healthcare development, and supporting the professional growth of students and colleagues.
