Since 2022, Saamiya Ali has been serving as the Senior Administrative Officer in the Faculty of Engineering Science and Technology at The Maldives National University. Her main responsibilities include overseeing all administrative tasks for the Department of Architecture, developing the faculty’s teaching schedule, and coordinating all official trips for the faculty. In addition to this, she plays a key role in the faculty’s marketing efforts and contributes significantly to the overall administrative functions of the faculty.

Saamiya completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at MNU Business School in 2019. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the Faculty of Education (2016) and a Bachelor’s degree in Dhivehi Language from the Faculty of Arts at The Maldives National University (2014).
