Hawwa Zareena is the Campus Manager of the Maldives National University (MNU) Hithadhoo Campus. She holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Management and a bachelor’s degree in Biology Education.

With a career spanning the entire education continuum; from Kindergarten to Grade 12, teacher education, and higher education leadership, Hawwa brings a holistic perspective to teaching, learning, and educational development. She has served in a range of roles, including Biology teacher, instructional leader, teacher mentor, Deputy Principal, and now Campus Manager, gaining valuable experience at every stage of the education system.

Passionate about developing future educators, Hawwa enjoys teaching university students, particularly those pursuing careers in teaching. Her professional interests include educational leadership, curriculum and instructional improvement, teacher professional development, student success, quality enhancement, and community engagement.

At MNU Hithadhoo Campus, she is committed to creating an inclusive and innovative learning environment that empowers students, strengthens partnerships with the community, and advances MNU’s mission of excellence in education, research, innovation, and service.
