Dr. Jenifer Labi Labence, PhD

Biography

Dr. Jenifer Labi Labence is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering, Science and Technology, The Maldives National University. She holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering and is actively engaged in teaching and research in the areas of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Her research interests include Biomedical Signal Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Embedded Systems, Internet of Things (IoT), and Intelligent Healthcare Technologies. She has published several research articles in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals and conferences and holds a published patent in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Medical Image Analysis. She is committed to advancing research, innovation, and student-centered learning while contributing to engineering education and technological development.
