As part of International Nurses Day 2025, MNU’s School of Nursing organized a nationwide walk to recognize and celebrate the valuable contributions of nurses. The activity was held at Gamu Regional Hospital on 17 May 2025, bringing together nurses and community members in solidarity to promote the importance of nursing in building a healthier, safer, and stronger society.
Participants appreciated the opportunity to show solidarity with nurses and recognize their important contribution to the community. Raised awareness of the nursing profession, promoted community engagement, and strengthened appreciation for the role of nurses in public health.
