Faculty of Health Sciences

Faculty of Health Sciences is the oldest training unit of The Maldives National University, opened in 1973 under the name of Allied Health Services Training Centre. Since then, FHS stands strong in providing training in different disciplines including, Public Health, Primary Health Care, Occupational Health and Safety, Health Service Management, Medical Laboratory Science, Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Physiotherapy, and Pharmacy
