A health screening event was conducted for students at Aboobakuru School on 18 November 2024 by Advanced Diploma in Nursing students from MNU Hithadhoo Campus and MNU Thinadhoo Campus.

The activity provided nursing students with hands-on experience in school and community health practice while supporting student well-being. Through the screening, school students benefited from basic health checks and increased awareness of health and wellness.

The event promoted preventive health, early identification of health concerns, school health awareness, experiential learning, and community-based nursing education. It also strengthened collaboration between MNU campuses and local schools.

The initiative contributed to healthier school environments and better preparation of future nurses for community health practice.
