MNU Thinadhoo Campus began Nurses Week celebrations with a lively “Faigai Thalhaa” dodgeball competition on 9 May 2024, followed by a picnic on 11 May.

The activities brought together nursing students and campus staff in a spirit of teamwork, recreation, and celebration. The dodgeball competition featured nursing student teams and a campus staff team, creating an energetic and friendly atmosphere. The picnic further strengthened bonding, collaboration, and appreciation for the dedication of nurses.

The celebrations promoted student wellness, teamwork, professional identity, and positive campus engagement. By combining recreation with appreciation, the activities helped recognise the compassion and commitment of nursing students while supporting a more connected campus community.
