Biography

Fathimath Mohamed is a senior lecturer at the School of Nursing in the Maldives National University (MNU). She joined MNU in 2006 as an associate lecturer. 

She worked at Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital as a staff nurse for 3 years prior to her current position. 

At present, she teaches the subjects related to nursing for Advanced Certificate in Nursing program; Nursing and leadership related subjects for Advanced Diploma in Nursing program; Specialized Practice and Research related subjects to undergraduate students and supervised a number of course work projects for postgraduate students at the School of Nursing. She also conducts mentoring workshops to nurses of Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital and participates in carrier guidance programs conducted by MNU.
