The Maldives National University (MNU) graduation ceremony held on April 30th, 2026, marked a significant milestone for the institution. Maain Rasheed, a student from the School of Medicine’s Batch 4, was named the first Valedictorian from the School of Medicine.

As the first student from the School of Medicine to receive this recognition, Maain’s achievement reflects her dedication and hard work throughout the programme.
