The Faculty of Arts announces the extension of the application deadline for the Japanese Language Basic Course, conducted in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan in the Maldives and the Japan Foundation.

Interested applicants now have until 11:59 PM on Saturday, 11 April 2026 to submit their applications. Enrollment in the course will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the order in which applications are received.

This course provides an excellent opportunity for participants to gain foundational skills in the Japanese language while also fostering cultural understanding and strengthening educational ties between the Maldives and Japan.

Prospective applicants are encouraged to apply at the earliest to secure a place in the program.
