“I started my culinary journey in 2016/2017 by pursuing a Certificate III in Culinary Arts and Patisserie, where I gained a strong foundation in essential and advanced cooking techniques. This hands-on experience allowed me to develop my own recipes and products, fostering a deeper passion for the culinary arts. The program’s exposure trips, competitions, and extra-curricular activities added to the excitement, ensuring I was always engaged and learning.
