Aishath Sharuwath Ilyas, MN, BN, is a Nurse Educator at the School of Nursing, Maldives National University, Thinadhoo Campus. Since 2021, she has been involved in teaching, clinical supervision, and student mentorship. She serves as the Batch Coordinator for Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Nursing students.
With clinical nursing experience prior to joining academia, she brings practical expertise and real world insights to nursing education, helping students bridge the gap between theory and practice. Her interests include nursing education, clinical competency development, simulation based learning, integration of technology in teaching & learning, leadership and nursing research.
