Ms. Hawwa Wajudha was appointed as Gan Campus Manager at the Maldives National University since 1st December 2020.
Ms. Wajda has Worked in the Human Rights Commission of the Maldives for seven years. Also, has worked as the Assistant Director (Head of Media, Communications and Public Relations) at Ministry of Gender, Family and Social Services and as the Executive Communications Director at Ministry of Health.
Ms Wajudha has contributed to the Asia pacific forum for national human rights commissions’ communications network as the Human Rights Commission’s Focal Point from 2013 December to 2019. She contributed in providing professional advice and input to support the communications and media work of national human rights commissions.
In addition, she has worked as a part time lecturer at MNU faculty of Arts and taught; Media and Human Rights, New Media and Digital Journalism for Bachelors of Arts in Journalism course.
