DESCRIPTION:The Maldives National University Library will conduct a search strategies and information evaluation session to help students of the Kulhudhuffushi Campus to develop the skills needed to search academic databases efficiently and retrieve relevant scholarly information for their studies and research. \nThe session will introduce practical search techniques\, including developing effective keywords\, using Boolean operators\, phrase searching\, truncation\, and applying filters to refine search results. Participants will also learn how to identify relevant academic articles\, access full-text resources\, and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of their searches. \nThe session will include practical demonstrations and hands-on search exercises\, enabling participants to apply the techniques learned and confidently use library databases for their academic assignments and research.
